I went to a place called Body Worlds today. They had a very neat exhibit called the Happiness Project. They showed humans bodies and tried to portray how people can affect their happiness and overall well-being and how that affects the body. They showed the affects of your diet, physical activity, stress at home and work, alcohol, smoking, music, etc. The science behind making the exhibit was interesting as well, I won't go into too much detail because I'll probably get it wrong but they used a special process to "plasticate" the human body- and one duck. I thought it was a very neat and unique exhibit.
It was pretty nasty weather today too. Lots of wind and rain. Schools were put on "red alert," semi-trucks blew over, people fell off their bikes, flights were cancelled, trees fell, and roofs even blew off. The wind got up to about 80 mph is some parts of Holland. I thought it was kind of funny, in Iowa we get wind all the time but here its like people don't know how to deal with it. Granted, 80 mph is pretty strong even for Iowa standards.
